Client Consultation & Property Sales:
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their property needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
- Provide detailed information about available projects, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct site visits and property tours, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Assist clients in making well-informed purchasing decisions by offering tailored solutions.
- Present properties in a compelling and professional manner to maximize interest and sales conversions.
Market Research & Strategy:
- Stay updated with the latest market trends, competitor offerings, and property values.
- Conduct comparative market analysis to determine competitive pricing and investment potential.
- Develop strategic sales approaches to enhance client engagement and conversion rates.
- Provide insights on the real estate market to help clients make informed investment choices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns that attract potential buyers.
Negotiation & Deal Closure:
- Effectively negotiate terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Handle all necessary documentation and coordinate with internal teams to finalize deals.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Follow up with clients to ensure a smooth transaction and provide post-sales support.
- Ensure that all client requirements and concerns are addressed promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Customer Relationship Management & Networking:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Offer exceptional customer service and address any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Maintain an updated database of potential and existing clients.
- Develop a strong professional network by attending real estate events, exhibitions, and seminars.
- Actively seek new business opportunities through referrals, cold calls, and networking.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and market feedback.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and best practices.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.Minimum of 3+ years of experience in real estate sales or property consultancy.Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.A self-motivated, ambitious mindset with a passion for the real estate industry.Fluent in English.
