Senior Ticketing Executive

  • Handling customer enquiries (offline/online) through emails/ WhatsApp groups.
  • Verifying/ securing best deal through all offline/ online resources.
  • Provide professional support to post ticketing enquiries.
  • Monitoring the queues regularly and share the updates with customers ontime.
  • Communicate with airlines reps for group fares/ WL seats/ADHOC deals, etc.
  • Coordinate with finance internally to close reports ontime without delays. 
  • Competitive benchmarking analysis based on suppliers’ activities.

 


5+ years of proven experience in similar role.GDSs certified advanced user A1/S1/G1Understanding of IATA regulations and industry ongoing updatesOutstanding communication skills/ customer care.Fluency English verbal/ written.Very much attentive to details Good knowledge of B2B workflow and OTAs-airlines operating functionalities.
