Sales Sector Manager (Distributors - Frozen Food)

Job Requirements :
Strategic Planning and Monitoring the Market and Competitors*

• Have a database of current and future customers
• Analyze sales data and trends to understand seasonal demand and consumption patterns of marine products.
• Develop customized sales plans for marine frozen products (such as fish, frozen seafood).
• Experience in dealing and contracting with distributors and refrigerators in the Egyptian region (Delta, Upper Egypt) and building strong relationships with major customers (such as refrigerators, supermarkets, and distributors)
• Analyze target markets and identify opportunities to increase market share.
• Develop strategies to enter new markets, locally and internationally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide distinguished services to maintain their loyalty.
• Prepare periodic reports showing performance compared to set goals.
• Monitor adherence to sales targets and follow up on the progress of operations with the team.
• . Monitor inventory and supply chains and supervise inventory to ensure sufficient quantities and high quality products are available.
• Coordinate with the supply and storage department to ensure timely arrival of fresh and frozen products and manage logistical challenges such as shipping and storage at appropriate temperatures.
• Monitor prices, market and competitors and follow up on changes in the market and demand trends for seafood products.
• Explore opportunities to introduce new products based on customer needs.
• Launch initiatives to raise awareness about the quality and benefits of frozen seafood products.
Organize targeted offers or discounts to increase sales.


* Required Skills:• Experience in dealing with distributors and refrigerators in the Egyptian region (Delta, Upper Egypt)  (such as refrigerators, supermarkets, and distributors)Preferably own a carExperience in the frozen food market, preferably in seafood.Strong negotiation and communication skills with distributorsHave a database and current and future customersIn-depth understanding of supply chains and logistics.Ability to analyze market and customer data to make informed decisions.Qualifications:Age from 30 - 45 yearsUniversity degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.At least 4 - 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in food or frozen products.Good knowledge of quality and food safety standards
