- Responding to questions about products, shipping, returns, exchanges, and other topics.
- Providing information about products and services including pricing, availability, delivery options, and order status.
- Ceating, developing, editing, and managing content information, imagery, pricing for the allocated categories of all products across several platforms.
- Managing the website issues related to price changing, images, detail pages, and marketing content.
- Providing regular analysis for online performance and sales.
- Follow up with the call center team for customer complaints and problems.
- Responsible for the order to cash cycle.
- Coordinating with the accounting department for invoices and payments.
- Providing troubleshooting issues with various e-commerce platforms such as Jumia, Noon etc.
- Processing orders, including collecting shipping information and processing payment.
