  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies tailored to company brands aligning with the overarching business objectives.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, SEO, and platform enhancement for optimized customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce initiatives with corporate strategies.
  •  Oversee website management, product listings, payment integrations, and logistics coordination.
  • Regularly analyze sales performance, consumer behavior, and market trends to refine strategies.
  • Work with suppliers and distributors for timely stock replenishment and delivery to customers.
  • Ensure intuitive user interfaces, secure transactions, and exceptional post-purchase services across platforms. 
  • Implement mechanisms to gather and act on customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Lead a team of e-commerce professionals, offering guidance, training, and performance appraisals.
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the e-commerce team.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Information Technology. A master’s degree is preferred.Minimum of 8 - 10 years in e-commerce management or digital marketing, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.Experience in retail, FMCG, or food services, particularly multi-brand management.Excellent Communication Skills.Excellent Leadership skills Strong analytical skills to interpret data and trends for informed decision-making.
