Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Information Technology. A master’s degree is preferred.Minimum of 8 - 10 years in e-commerce management or digital marketing, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.Experience in retail, FMCG, or food services, particularly multi-brand management.Excellent Communication Skills.Excellent Leadership skills Strong analytical skills to interpret data and trends for informed decision-making.
