Sales Account Manager

Job Summary:
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing customer relationships, prospecting and generating leads, and meeting sales targets for Aura-Tech’s IP Telephony, Contact Center Solutions, and other VoIP/Telecom & IT products. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction, while actively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success by developing positive relationships with clients.
  • Generate new leads through prospecting, networking, and maintaining existing customer connections.
  • Actively engage with potential clients, presenting Aura-Tech’s offerings in Unified Communications, Contact Centers, and IT solutions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations to diverse audiences, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and execute agreements with prospective clients.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, including sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and quarterly results.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and achievements.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.Previous experience (1-3 years) in a sales role within the IT or telecom industry.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and handle complex negotiations.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite.Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and handle various client demands.
