We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our client’s team as an International Customer Service Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international customers.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for carers, offering compassionate and empathetic assistance via phone, email, and live chat.
• Listen attentively to carers' concerns, needs, and challenges, providing appropriate guidance, information, and support.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings between carers and patients, ensuring appointments are set up efficiently and effectively.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with both carers and patients to confirm meeting details, address any questions or concerns, and provide necessary instructions.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of meeting schedules, appointments, and any changes or cancellations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the meeting scheduling process.
• Follow up with carers and patients to gather feedback and ensure their needs have been met following meetings.
• Stay informed about developments in the caregiving industry and participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
• Uphold the company's commitment to providing high-quality care and support to patients and their loved ones.
• Bachelor degree is a must • +2 years of proven work experience in customer service or a related field preferred. • Fluency in English is a must. • Excellent communication skills, with a caring and empathetic demeanor. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with carers and patients from diverse backgrounds. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and record-keeping. • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, based on the needs of carers and patients. • Passion for supporting and advocating for patients and their families. • Rotational Shifts: The role requires flexibility to work 24/7 rotational shifts to accommodate international customer needs. • Competitive Compensation: Enjoy an attractive package, including a base salary of 12,000 EGP along with performance-based bonuses of up to 1,000 EGP through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). • On-Site Opportunity: This is an on-site position located in Cairo, Maadi, with no transportation allowance provided. • Opportunity for Career Growth: Joining a startup offers ample opportunities for career advancement and professional development. • No High-Pressure Calls: Our focus is on providing exceptional service without the pressure of rush calls, allowing for a supportive and efficient work environment.
