  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their furniture needs. Build rapport to create a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the furniture inventory, including materials, styles, and pricing. Stay updated on new arrivals and trends in the furniture industry.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to demonstrate furniture features and benefits, answer customer inquiries, and guide them through the purchasing process.
  • Assess customer preferences and recommend suitable products based on their style, budget, and space requirements.
  • Process sales transactions accurately, including handling payments, arranging deliveries, and managing special orders.
  • Assist in maintaining the showroom's appearance by organizing displays, restocking merchandise, and ensuring all products are well-presented.
  • Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase and encourage repeat business.
  • Work closely with other sales team members and management to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.

• Bachelor degree, additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.• Excellent English language .• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home decor.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.• Ability to handle multiple tasks.• Basic computer skills for processing transactions and managing inventory.• Knowledge of design principles and trends in furniture is desirable.• Excellent customer service skills• Persuasive sales abilities• Attention to detail• Problem-solving skills
