Ability to organize and arrange different tasks and set priorities.Mastering the written and oral communication process.Good knowledge of procedures for providing customer service as well as following up on the various books.The ability to deal with various office devices.Proficiency in providing solutions to the problems facing the work team among themselves or with customers.
