As a Wholesale Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our company's reach within the wholesale market. You'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships with wholesale customers, ensuring they have access to our high-quality products and services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition: Prospect for new wholesale customers through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential and existing customers, highlighting the value of our products and services.
  • Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales volumes and revenue to contribute to the development of the company's sales strategy.
  • Integrate, modify and follow up on customer orders.
  • Schedule of the costumer visits through the phone
  • Assistance/execution of order dates
  • Create and maintain lists
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Preparation and active participation in trade fairs

Proven experience in wholesale sales or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.A passion for sales and a drive to achieve results.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.A strong understanding of the wholesale market and industry trends.
