Assistant Store Manager*Fashion/ Retail*

Main Responsibilities:


- Ensure that the sales goals that have been set for the branch are achieved, and lead the team to achieve a growth rate.

- Continuous follow-up of sales goals, and analysis of operational and financial sales data.

- Monitoring inventory and fast and slow sales movement

- Informing the purchasing department of the latest customer requests regarding fashion and prices.

- Receiving the goods, matching them with the receipt report

- Ensure that the warehouse is permanently arranged to ensure easy access to goods.

- Ensuring that goods are always available to all departments and requesting more in case of shortages

- Working to solve any problem in the received goods, such as (barcode - defect in a piece - cleanliness of the goods).

- Maintain high standards of customer service. Expanding the customer base, building a strong relationship with them, and understanding their needs.

- General supervision of the exhibition’s security to prevent the loss of goods. Full responsibility for the exhibition’s financial custody.

- Ensure commitment to following the company's policies and procedures within the branch

- Working to solve any problem facing the branch.

- Evaluate the performance of the sales team based on the company's performance evaluation criteria

- Prepares sales reports for the branch


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion retail management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team, including hiring, training, and supervising employees
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Experience in retail operations management, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales reporting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
