1. Invoicing and Financial Transactions:
- Prepare and issue customer invoices and account statements.
- Prepare and issue vendor settlements.
- Assist in cash application and bank deposit preparation.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and verify payment status with carriers, agents, and vendors.
- Identify delinquent accounts, follow up on overdue payments, and notify customers of insufficient payments.

- Monitor cash flows, prepare forecasts, and manage banking relationships.

Work experience as a freight and customer clearance AccountantExperience in Logistics Company field (Air & Sea Freight , Clearance ,Transportation )minimum 3 years is required Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooksAdvanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tablesExperience with general ledger functionsStrong attention to detail and good analytical skillsBSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degreeAdditional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plusAdvanced English language
