Architect Technical Office Engineer

  1. Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.).
  2. Prepare and modify shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant. 
  3. Coordinate civil/Architecture shop drawings with electromechanical components.
  4. Participate in solving and reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office team leader for discussion and proper solution.
  5. Cooperate with procurement department in determining qualified suppliers and subcontractors to meets the technical needs for the project.
  6. Monitor project daily progress vs. plan and schedule to ensure timely delivery of the project. 
  7. Oversee site activities to control cost and avoid exceeding budget limitations. 
  8. Conduct quantity survey activities to ensure accuracy of consumed quantities. 
  9. Prepare clients and subcontractors demands / VOs.
  10. Manage document control activities on site.
  11. Any other related assigned if requested from direct manager.

Bachelor’s degree in architecture/civil engineering or similar degree.(4-7) years of experience in technical office & site supervision. Construction background is a mustExperience in residential and commercial projects is a must.Strong project management and negotiation skills.Mastering different drawing tools-Revit is preferable.BIM is additional
