- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
