Human Resources Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Specialist to focus on recruitment efforts and ensure the efficient hiring of top talent across various departments. You will play a critical role in building our team and supporting our growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  3. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  4. Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking) to source candidates.
  5. Maintain a candidate database and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  6. Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
  7. Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
  8. Assist in employer branding efforts to attract candidates.
  9. Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
  10. Stay up to date with industry trends and recruitment best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
