- Provide quotes and information on pricing, materials, and timeframes.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized display of art and frames, ensuring the shop environment is welcoming and inspirational.
- Handle artwork, photographs, and other memorabilia with care, ensuring the preservation and protection of the items.
- Collaborate with the framing team to ensure that all orders meet our quality standards and are completed within the promised timeframes.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
- Drive sales by promoting the shop's unique framing options to potential buyers.
- Guide customers through our art collection, providing background information on artists and pieces, and assist in the selection of artwork for their spaces.
- Keep up to date with trends in art, framing techniques, and materials.
Fluency in English.Bachelor's degree in any field, additional certification in art, design, or a related field is a plus.Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or related field is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and artists.Strong passion and knowledge of art.Detail-oriented with a flair for creativity and design.Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently.Ability to work 6-Shift- based working days with Sundays off.
