- Investigate customer's problems and find solutions.
- Resolve complaints and order issues.
- Plan & supervise the day-to-day handover activities to customers.
- Handle project Consolidation requests and sensitive customer based projects.
- Ensuring professional relationships are established and maintained with clients.
- Communicating with the concerned parties regarding each of the client’s inquiries and complaints then feedback the clients.
Bachelor Degree in commerce.Experience Needed:3 To 5 Years (construction or oil and gas experience preferred).Communication and negotiation skills.Problem solving skills.Active listening, time management, analytical thinking, organizational and interpersonal, leadership skillsAbility to work under pressure.
