- Create instructor Led-training materials such as (participants guide, facilitator guide, lesson plan, PPT and activities handouts).
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games, etc) both in-person and online learning
- Design to include , gamification , interaction which will enhance the learner experience .
- Devise modes of assessment, such as pre & post tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course.
- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content
- Work with subject matter experts to identify the target audience’s training needs
- Set instructional end goals and create content that matches them
- Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
- Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
- Maintain project documentation and course folders.
- Update the sales manager on constant developments of training.
- Lease with the trainer to discuss the project requirements and expectations.
- Writing and reviewing technical training proposals
Proven experience as an L&D or ID.Current knowledge of effective learning and development methodsFamiliarity with e-learning platforms and practicesExperience in project management and budgetingProficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumenAbility to build rapport with employees and vendorsProfessional certification (e.g. CPLP) is a plus
