- Ensure attendance data is regularly imported on HR system and extract attendance reports as required
- Extract monthly leave balances (annual, sick,…) report from HR system and check for missing leaves or errors taking corrective action as needed
- Ensure monthly payroll closing is submitted to C&B on time for branches and head office using the relevant reports and taking corrective action as needed
- Monitor daily spot-checks in Head office and branches is carried out to ensure the code of conduct is implemented
- Apply disciplinary actions and conduct investigations as needed and follow up on branches to ensure related reports are sent monthly on time
- Administer and monitor all end-of-services procedures and the related clearances for HO employees and branch employees
- Extract monthly renewal contracts reports from system for head office and branches to confirm completion on time and in accordance with labor law
- Consolidate form 6 and form 1 in and out reports for head office and branches to monitor delays in delivery and collection and take corrective action in timely manner
- Review monthly consolidated exit interviews report in comparison to leavers recorded on system to identify missing forms
- Provide all needed information and documents requested from any department related to personnel
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree. Experience: 2 to 4 years’ experience. Excellent English. Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
