Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and evaluating sales calls regarding to quality assurance practices.
- Following up with sales representatives' adherence to scripts, guidelines, and best practices.
- Providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance sales techniques and customer interactions.
- Identifying areas for improvement in sales processes and strategies.
- Developing and maintaining quality assurance metrics to track performance and identify trends.
- Collaborating with the sales training team to update training materials and provide input on sales effectiveness.
- Generating reports on quality assessment findings and make recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements:2-4 Years of experience in sales quality assurance or a related role.Bachelor degree is a must.Good communication skills, both verbal and written.Excellent data collection and analysis skills.Relevant training or certifications as a Sales Quality Assurance Specialist.Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and customer service principles.
