Job Overview:

 

The Quality Sales Assurance Specialist professional is responsible for monitoring and evaluating sales calls to ensure adherence to quality assurance practices, providing feedback and coaching to sales representatives, and developing metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. This role also collaborates with the sales training team to enhance sales processes and strategies.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and evaluating sales calls regarding to quality assurance practices.
  • Following up with sales representatives' adherence to scripts, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance sales techniques and customer interactions.
  • Identifying areas for improvement in sales processes and strategies.
  • Developing and maintaining quality assurance metrics to track performance and identify trends.
  • Collaborating with the sales training team to update training materials and provide input on sales effectiveness.
  • Generating reports on quality assessment findings and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements:2-4 Years of experience in sales quality assurance or a related role.Bachelor degree is a must.Good communication skills, both verbal and written.Excellent data collection and analysis skills.Relevant training or certifications as a Sales Quality Assurance Specialist.Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and customer service principles.
