Recruitment Supervisor

  • Responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage, track, and oversee recruitment activities such as job posting, application processing, interview scheduling, and document preparation.
  • Conducting interviews with and evaluating all candidates for open positions.
  • Design and dissemination of job advertisements to attract qualified candidates for vacant positions.
  • Monitoring and tracking of the recruitment process and available sources of post advertising.
  • Communicate with recruitment agencies and new channels for recruitment.
  • Build networks to develop a pool of candidates for various functions.
  • Follow up and communicate with all departments to know any updates for the recruitment plan.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.
  • Negotiate salary packages and extend job offers.
  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Oversees the company’s recruiting activities, policies, and procedures through the day-to-day oversight of the recruiting team.
  • Provides hiring managers with qualified candidates on a timely basis through the development and execution of recruiting plans.
  • Improves overall recruitment efficiency and effectiveness and the hiring process. 
  • Maintain recruitment data and statistics and provide regular updates to management about recruitment progress and activities. 
  • Make the needed reports periodically.
  • Manages the exit interview process and presents its findings to decrease turnover rates.
  • Responsible for Attending Job Fairs and receiving CVs from interested candidates for keeping it in the database.

7+ years of experience in recruitment.Real estate Experience.
