Job Purpose
To help ensure that the company achieves its corporate objectives and makes the best use of its employees by developing and maintaining innovative, effective and forward-looking human resource strategies, practices and procedures
Key Accountabilities
1. Conduct the initial screening, interviewing and selecting candidates from entry level till senior level to ensure hiring the right fit for the position
2. Maintain up-to-date and accurate lists of jobs, vacancies, and business hiring plan within the organization to be able to identify staffing needs
3. Obtain references and carry out required pre-employment checks to ensure that information given is verified
4. Maintain updated candidate’s database including all received & relevant CVs & applications via different recruitment sources as (social media, email, walk-in, etc.), and tracking who has been called, attend interview, hired, rejected
5. Maintain updated job description and verify information with the hiring manager to ensure that job descriptions are accurate and up to date
6. Implement The employment process for business staff & field teams in general including informing the candidates the decision & the offer via phone, sending them the hiring documents list via message, set a joining date, and update the business pipeline with the candidate’s data who confirm the joining date.
7. Administer various external sources of recruitment methods including headhunting, recruitment agencies, Websites, Linked-In, employment fairs … etc. to maintain and secure a continuous pipeline of the required calibers & database.
8. Create a report & analyze the external sources cost for recruitment and provide recommendation for improvement, and any requested reports by the HR Manager
9. Maintain and Update field teams hiring plan including, target HC, Current HC, Gap, and areas to be able to track the progress of the annual hiring plan.
10. Conduct exit interview for resigned employees and provide interview feedback to the resignation reasons

Education: ➢ University Degree, Bachelor of human resource management, Business administration, or related field. Prior Work Experience: ➢ 1-3 years of experience in recruitment must be in microfinance or financial industry. ➢ Experience in mass hiring is a must ➢ Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.) Language Proficiency: ➢ Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required. Skills & Abilities: ➢ Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search ➢ Ability to work independently/on own initiative and as part of the team and ability to both work with accuracy and meet deadlines. ➢ Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills who fully participates in and supports initiatives➢ Ability to manage competing priorities and comfortable growing ➢ Background in HR analysis is preferable. Knowledge: ➢ Results Driven (results based on specific efficiency and productivity KPIs within predefined time frames) ➢ Excellent time management. ➢ Integrity (Mutual trust, consistent with company ethics and values) ➢ Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems
