Customer Support Representative

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Identify customer needs and help customers with their orders entry and confirmation
  • Update our internal ERP with information and useful discussions with customers
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance (B2C role)
  • Communicate with team members to complete job responsibility in timely manner
  • Inform customers about new products and offerings
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their activity with company
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams

Good communication skills on the phone and emailsGood Arabic writing skillsBasic computer skillsMulti-tasking abilitiesPatience when handling tough casesExperience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role is a plusFamiliarity with Automotive industry is a plusUnderstanding of how CRM systems works is a plus
