- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Identify customer needs and help customers with their orders entry and confirmation
- Update our internal ERP with information and useful discussions with customers
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance (B2C role)
- Communicate with team members to complete job responsibility in timely manner
- Inform customers about new products and offerings
- Follow up with customers to ensure their activity with company
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
