Etisalat Global Services is hiring English speakers to work as Customer Service Representatives (Etisalat UAE Project)
Location: Cairo, Maadi (Transportation not provided).

Job Requirements
Qualifications
Fluent in English (B1+/ B2)
Experience in customer-facing roles, customer service, or call centers
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Ability to handle difficult customers and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Availability to work on weekends and public holidays
Bachelors degree or higher in a related field is preferred
