- Managing all related Sales & Marketing activities in the International Markets to achieve the overall sales and marketing plans of the company.
- Monitoring & Coordinating with all supporting departments (Financial, Planning, Logistics, etc. ) to ensure the delivery of orders is made on time and to customer's satisfaction.
- Maintaining and developing existing & new customers (Contractors , Distributers , Developers & Consultants ) through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction
- Maintaining and developing product knowledge and awareness among the distributor network and customers.
- Analyzing different markets to define optimum Target Markets.
- Prospecting, Developing New Markets, Business Opportunities and following them up until initiating business.
- Tracking competitors’ activities (prices, product development, Distribution Network, etc.)
- Developing pricing strategies for all re-sellers and clients in the assigned region.
- Maintaining business relations through frequent visits to the company's Clients & Representing the company in the International Fairs.
- Forecasting demand in terms of product and volume & reporting them to line managers.
- Developing a comprehensive Export Sales / Marketing Plan ( Target Markets – Sales
Target - Sales Forecasts - Sales Expenses – Market Visit / Event Plan - ROI ,…etc)
- Preparing various reports that support management planning& decision making for the new market & future growth.
