• Identify and implement of Cat Lubricants and PM Parts Connect marketing strategy.
• Increase Caterpillar different products & programs sales, POPS-C, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Territory Planning: classification of customers to identify KAs (60-70% of sales) to know share of sales and area of growth.
• Deals & Programs handling: focal point between Mantrac & Exxon Mobil
• Train customers in Caterpillar product features/benefits.
• Analyze problems/opportunities and recommend sales strategies to improve CAT Product/ Program sales efforts
• Implement actions of annual CAT Product/ Program marketing plan
• Submit quarterly report summarizing significant activity and relaying update of marketing plan objectives status
• Analyze and report significant competitive activities affecting sales of CAT Product/ Program
• Report product problems to Caterpillar as well as specific new product needs
• Provide CAT Product/ Program expertise to assist TSR in their sales efforts
• Work with Training Department to improve CAT Product/ Program sales effectiveness of PSSRs
• Conduct customer meetings concerning CAT & Exxon Mobile Product/ Program product features/benefits
• Conduct field follow and field tests on CAT product
• Submit Competitive Parts Reports and general competitive information to Caterpillar
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering / technical qualifications or similar experience• 0-2 years of experience in service operations.• Strong Communication skills.• Fluent English ( Both Written & Spoken ).
