For P&M Recruitment and Learning & Development, we are looking for HR&Admin. assistant to assume the following responsibilities:
- Manage the Recruitment database, add and update candidates details
- Handle the admin work for the training division: printing material, printing certificates, attendance forms, evaluation forms, etc ..
- Send the feedback to interviewed candidates
- Communicate with customers
- Screen CVs and send them to recruiters if they need candidates from the database
