HR & Admin. coordinator

For P&M Recruitment and Learning & Development, we are looking for HR&Admin. assistant to assume the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the Recruitment database, add and update candidates details
  • Handle the admin work for the training division: printing material, printing certificates, attendance forms, evaluation forms, etc ..
  • Send the feedback to interviewed candidates
  • Communicate with customers
  • Screen CVs and send them to recruiters if they need candidates from the database
