Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & Implement: Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive Integrated Management Systems (IMS) in alignment with organizational goals and international standards.

• Standard Compliance: Ensure rigorous adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 17025, and ISO 22000 standards, along with all relevant Regulatory Compliance and similar management systems.

• Quality Leadership: Oversee all aspects of Quality Assurance, Quality Management, and Total Quality Management initiatives.

• Auditing & Review: Plan and execute internal and external Auditing schedules, including Quality Auditing, to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.

• Process Optimization: Champion Process Improvement initiatives, leveraging Data Analysis to drive efficiency and Operational Excellence.

• Risk Mitigation: Implement robust Risk Management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks.

• Team Leadership: Provide strong Leadership and guidance, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

• Communication: Facilitate effective Communication across all levels of the organization regarding IMS performance and objectives.

• Experience That Matters: Bring 5-10 years of progressive professional experience in Integrated Management Systems, Quality Management, or Operations, ideally within a managerial capacity.

• Mastery of Standards: Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ISO 9001, ISO 17025, and ISO 22000 standards.
