About The Role

This role sits at the intersection of supplier management, brand partnership coordination, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Follow-Up & Factory Allocation Act as the primary point of contact for external suppliers and factories, ensuring production timelines and deliverables stay on track. Assist the team in analyzing factory capabilities to help decide which manufacturing partner is the best fit for each specific product line. Inventory & Data Control Monitor stock levels for our diverse product lines (including external partner brands) to determine if inventory is healthy or if replenishment orders need to be placed. Maintain precise operational data to ensure seamless supply chain workflow. Brand Partner & Licensing Coordination Coordinate directly with major global brand partners to secure necessary product and design approvals (e.g., handling artwork and sample approvals for licensed lines like Warner Bros. Cartoons). Ensure all production aligns strictly with partner brand guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

English: Exellent written and communication Education: Preferely Applied arts or home economics graduates Prior Experience: 1+ experience in planning and follow up department.

Skills

Strong data management skills and proficiency in MS Excel for inventory control. Excellent professional communication and negotiation skills for handling both local factories and global brand partners. Mindset: Fast learner with high attention to detail—managing licensed brand approvals requires strict adherence to guidelines.
