Mission
GISACC is Valeo holding group IS application center in Cairo, where the company's digital transformation is taken to a new level. We aim to build scalable and serverless applications that incrementally add value everyday. Our Senior Full Stack developers engineers are a very crucial part in achieving this where they play a big role in modifying and improving existing systems. This role requires deep technical expertise, and communication abilities to facilitate the communication and alignment between different technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Spec, design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software Contribute to system architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems. Work closely with project managers and business owners to set project priorities, deadlines and deliverables Collaborate with product owners, tech-leads and software architects on user experience and application development roadmap Provide support to other team members across multiple software applications. Responsible for full stack feature implementation (backend and frontend) End to end and close collaboration with software/infrastructure architects on complex features Identify and establish patterns and best practices for building excellent software applications
Education/Training
BSc degree in computer engineering, computer science or any similar technical field of study.
Professional Experience and Key Competences
3 to 6 years of relevant experience. Good knowledge in Agile Scrum Business processes understanding Excellent problem-solving skills Excellent Troubleshooting and debugging skills Team spirit and excellent communication abilities Good Client management skills and organizational skills GCP & Cloud Operations related knowledge is a must Good Dev Ops knowledge is a plus Good knowledge in monitoring or log analysis tools (ex. Cloud Logging, Cloud Monitoring, Error Reporting, …) Good knowledge in Terraform and Cloud automation is a plus Azure, AWS, or GCP certifications are a plus.
Languages
Excellent command of English language is a must (Written and Verbal) French is a plus.
Technical Skills
Software development experience in Java and Spring framework Strong fundamentals of distributed systems and highly scalable applications on cloud platforms Excellent proficiency of developing applications using SQL or NoSQL databases Solid concepts grasp of OOP, design patterns and REST APIsExcellent foundations of the latest web standards, including HTML5 and CSS3Knowledge of web libraries and frameworks such as Angular, Vue JS or React Knowledge of backend web libraries and frameworks such as Spring Configuration management proficiency using Git Experience with CI/CD concepts and pipelines Experience with any Cloud Platform is a must (GCP/AWS/Azure) Highly analytical mindset and problem solving skills Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English High sense of ownership and responsibility Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform or AWS is a plus

المسؤوليات
تحديد وتصميم وتطوير واختبار ونشر وصيانة وتحسين البرمجيات. المساهمة في هندسة النظام: تصميم أنظمة قابلة للتوسع وآمنة وعالية الأداء. العمل بشكل وثيق مع مديري المشاريع وأصحاب الأعمال لتحديد أولويات المشروع والمواعيد النهائية والمخرجات. التعاون مع مالكي المنتجات وقادة التقنية ومهندسي البرمجيات بشأن تجربة المستخدم وخارطة طريق تطوير التطبيقات. تقديم الدعم لأعضاء الفريق الآخرين عبر تطبيقات برمجية متعددة. مسؤول عن تنفيذ الميزات المتكاملة (backend و frontend). التعاون الوثيق والشامل مع مهندسي البرمجيات/البنية التحتية بشأن الميزات المعقدة. تحديد وترسيخ الأنماط وأفضل الممارسات لبناء تطبيقات برمجية ممتازة.
التعليم/التدريب
درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الكمبيوتر، أو علوم الكمبيوتر، أو أي مجال دراسي تقني مشابه.
الخبرة المهنية والكفاءات الأساسية
من 3 إلى 6 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة. معرفة جيدة بمنهجية Agile Scrum. فهم العمليات التجارية. مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات. مهارات ممتازة في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها. روح الفريق ومهارات تواصل ممتازة. مهارات جيدة في إدارة العملاء والمهارات التنظيمية. معرفة بـ GCP وعمليات السحابة أمر لا بد منه. معرفة جيدة بـ Dev Ops تعتبر ميزة إضافية. معرفة جيدة بأدوات المراقبة أو تحليل السجلات (مثل Cloud Logging، Cloud Monitoring، Error Reporting، ...). معرفة جيدة بـ Terraform وأتمتة السحابة تعتبر ميزة إضافية. شهادات Azure أو AWS أو GCP تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
اللغات
إتقان ممتاز للغة الإنجليزية أمر لا بد منه (كتابةً وتحدثاً). اللغة الفرنسية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
المهارات التقنية
خبرة في تطوير البرمجيات باستخدام Java وإطار عمل Spring. أساسيات قوية للأنظمة الموزعة والتطبيقات عالية التوسع على منصات السحابة. كفاءة ممتازة في تطوير التطبيقات باستخدام قواعد بيانات SQL أو NoSQL. فهم راسخ لمفاهيم OOP وأنماط التصميم و REST APIs. أسس ممتازة لأحدث معايير الويب، بما في ذلك HTML5 و CSS3. معرفة بمكتبات وأطر عمل الويب مثل Angular أو Vue JS أو React. معرفة بمكتبات وأطر عمل الويب الخلفية (Backend) مثل Spring. كفاءة في إدارة التكوين باستخدام Git. خبرة بمفاهيم وخطوط أنابيب CI/CD. خبرة في أي منصة سحابية أمر لا بد منه (GCP/AWS/Azure). عقلية تحليلية عالية ومهارات حل المشكلات. مهارات ممتازة في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها. كفاءة في العمل ومهارات تواصل باللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً. حس عالٍ بالملكية والمسؤولية. الإلمام بـ Google Cloud Platform أو AWS يعتبر ميزة إضافية.
