Role Description The Human Resource Specialist will manage daily HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining personnel records, and supporting performance management processes. This full-time remote role involves administering HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and assisting with recruitment, interviews, and hiring documentation. The specialist will respond to employee inquiries, ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations, and help resolve workplace issues in a fair and consistent manner. The role also includes supporting HR reporting, maintaining HR systems, and collaborating with managers to promote an engaging and inclusive work culture.

Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills. Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and experience in applying them consistently. Candidates should possess experience with Employee Benefits administration. Candidates should possess solid Personnel Management skills. Candidates should have excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Candidates should be comfortable working remotely and managing confidential information with integrity. Candidates should ideally have prior experience in HR roles within construction or related industries. Candidates should preferably hold a relevant bachelor’s degree or professional HR certification.
