This role is for someone who understands that great editing goes beyond cutting footage. It's about rhythm, emotion, storytelling, and knowing how to turn an idea into content people actually want to watch. We're looking for an editor who can think creatively, contribute ideas, and use AI as part of a modern creative workflow. What You'll DoEdit high-quality video content for brands, campaigns, and social platforms. Create engaging, social-first content for Reels, Tik Tok, and digital advertising. Turn raw footage and creative briefs into polished, compelling visual stories. Craft strong edits through pacing, sound design, music, transitions, and motion. Use AI-powered tools to support ideation, visual exploration, and content production. Collaborate with the creative and production teams to develop and elevate ideas. Adapt content across different platforms, formats, and campaign objectives. Stay curious and explore new editing techniques, AI tools, and visual trends. Take ownership of projects from first cut to final delivery. What We're Looking For Strong professional experience in video editing. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. A strong sense of storytelling, rhythm, pacing, and visual composition. Good understanding of sound design, motion graphics, and color grading. Familiarity with AI creative tools and AI-assisted workflows. Basic knowledge of graphic design and Adobe Photoshop is a plus. An understanding of typography, composition, and visual hierarchy. The ability to understand a creative brief and bring your own ideas to the table. Experience with branded and social-first content. A strong portfolio or showreel is required. Your Work Speaks First. Salary & Growth
USD 500–700 per month, based on experience, creative capabilities, and portfolio strength. The initial salary will be reviewed after six months, with the opportunity for an increase based on performance, creative contribution, and overall impact within the team.
