We're looking for a motivated *Fundraising Officer* to join our team and help secure the resources needed to support our programs and make a lasting difference in our community.
Key Responsibilities:* Develop and implement fundraising strategies and campaigns.* Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and corporate partners.* Research funding opportunities, grants, and sponsorships.* Prepare compelling proposals and sponsorship packages.* Coordinate fundraising events and initiatives.* Track fundraising performance and prepare reports.
Requirements:✔️ Previous experience in fundraising, business development, partnerships, or a related field.✔️ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.✔️ Excellent proposal writing and relationship-building abilities.✔️ Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.✔️ Experience in the nonprofit/NGO sector is a plus.
