We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Team Leader with 10 to 15 years of professional expertise in electrical design and construction. The ideal candidate will lead our electrical engineering team, ensuring technical excellence and seamless BIM integration across diverse projects.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers and draftsmen, providing technical guidance and performance oversight. Oversee the full design lifecycle, from conceptual load estimation to final BOQ and tender documents. Direct the integration of electrical designs within the BIM (Revit) environment, ensuring high-quality modeling and clash detection. Perform rigorous quality control reviews of all electrical drawings, calculations (Lux, Voltage Drop, Cable Sizing), and specifications. Act as the primary technical point of contact for architects, MEP managers, and external consultants to ensure system compatibility. Ensure all designs strictly adhere to local and international electrical codes (e.g., NEC, IEC, SBC) and project-specific requirements. Provide high-level technical support for site installations and resolve complex engineering challenges during the construction phase.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. With a minimum of 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior supervisory role. High proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Auto CAD is essential. Experience in established BIM workflows is a must. Advanced knowledge of power systems, lighting (DIALux Evo), and low-current systems (Fire Alarm, Data, etc.). Strong leadership, decisive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills in a professional environment.
