•Role Description:
A full-time on-site role in which an outstanding customer experience needs to be delivered by handling the customers' inquiries via phone; providing personalized solutions and eventually achieving our problem-solving goal.
•What we are looking for:Fluent English is a must! Excellent communication skills Strong problem-solving and handling abilities Grads & Fresh grads Customer service experience is preferable
