Role Description The Quality Monitoring Specialist [English B2] role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. This role involves monitoring and evaluating support processes to ensure adherence to quality standards, conducting quality audits, analyzing trends in customer interactions, and providing actionable feedback for performance improvement. The Specialist will work collaboratively to refine processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the organization's quality assurance initiatives.
