Job Description

Providing accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion in line with budget. Pro-actively monitoring and managing cost variance and contract cash flow. Collaborating with client and Consultant teams to manage the delivery of project deliverables and objectives, including programme performance, cost control, and value engineering. Managing contract change effectively, ensuring that projects remain within governance and adopt best practice. Driving improvements in the accuracy of forecasts and budgets Provide support on all aspects of Cost Management to the Project team as may be required. Assisting in the development of procedures of cost management system Maintaining the log of approved or disapproved changes to project budgets Running and analyzing earned value reports Monitoring and reporting project-level cost trends Tracking the provisional sums/contingency Preparing executive information summary reports for program management staff

Qualifications

7: 10 years of years experience Bachelor's degree in Construction Management/ Architecture / Civil Engineering
