We are currently hiring enthusiastic and reliable Call Centre Agents to join our growing international support team in Alexandria. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start a career in customer service — no previous experience required. Full training will be provided. Key Requirements Fluent in English (spoken & written) Must be an Egyptian citizen Must currently reside in Alexandria Willing and able to work night shifts Good communication and listening skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Job Responsibilities Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls Provide clear information and assistance to customers Follow call handling procedures and quality standards Maintain professionalism at all times Compensation & Benefits Total Salary: 19,000 EGP80% Fixed Salary20% Performance-based (presentation/quality performance) Paid training provided Career growth opportunities within an international environment Supportive team and structured onboarding
