Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Spanish Customer Support (Wave 1) position. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, providing technical support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Team members will interact with customers in Spanish and represent the company with professionalism and empathy to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to address and resolve customer needs effectively Outstanding Interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner Proficiency in Technical Support and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently Analytical Skills for analyzing customer issues and suggesting appropriate solutions Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal communication) Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Previous experience in customer support or call center roles is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or a related field are advantageous
