Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt, for an English Back Office Agent (Voice & Non-Voice). The role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing both voice and non-voice communication channels, handling and resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The candidate will be expected to collaborate closely with team members, ensure process compliance, and contribute to enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Proficiency in verbal and written English communication skills Experience in customer service, providing voice and non-voice support Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Prior BPO or customer service experience is preferred Flexibility to adapt to differing customer interactions and time zones High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are an advantage
