### **Role Overview:** We’re seeking a detail-oriented **Medical Scribe** to assist physicians by real-time charting of patient encounters in our EHR system. This role is critical to ensuring accurate medical records and may include assisting with **prior authorizations for medications**.
### **Key Responsibilities:** - Accurately document patient visits, exams, and treatment plans under physician guidance. - Enter data into EHR systems with speed and precision. - Assist with **prior authorization requests** for medications as needed. - Maintain compliance with HIPAA and clinic protocols. - Collaborate with providers to optimize workflow efficiency.
### **Qualifications:** - **Fluent English (C1 Level+) with advanced medical terminology knowledge.** - **Tech proficiency** – Comfortable with EHRs, computers, and typing **45+ WPM.** - **Sharp attention to detail** – Ability to spot errors and ensure flawless documentation. - Adaptability to fast-paced clinical environments. - Prior scribe or healthcare experience is a **plus**, but motivated candidates will be trained.
