We are hiring a Remote Call Center Representative (Work From Home).

We are seeking a candidate who speaks English fluently with a clear, neutral accent to handle inbound and outbound customer calls. Prior call center experience is not required for candidates with strong spoken English skills.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to write clear reports, and capable of following up with technicians to ensure smooth daily operations. This is a fully remote position.
