Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist focusing on blue-collar hiring. Located in Egypt, the Specialist will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, create strong employer branding, conduct efficient candidate interviews, and implement hiring strategies. The role involves collaborating with departmental managers to understand hiring needs, sourcing suitable candidates, and ensuring a streamlined and effective recruiting process.
Qualifications Comprehensive understanding of Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding processes Proficiency in mass Hiring strategies and methods to effectively attract talent for blue-collar roles Experience in Employer Branding to strengthen company image and attract top talent Strong Interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidates against role requirements Expertise in Recruiting within various industries, with a focus on blue-collar workforce recruitment Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Prior experience in facilities management or related industries is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
