ACTIVE Integration, a leading company in light current systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, etc.), is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Senior Sales Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in the field. *The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Key Responsibilities:Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIsSuccessfully create business from new and existing customer accounts Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities within target sectors Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction Track market trends and competitor activity
Qualifications:+ 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in ELV/light current systems Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently Valid driver's license is a plus
