Hey! We're Founders Arm, a recruitment company that pairs companies with talented Technical Support Specialists based in the US.
Key Duties:Provide technical support for a Shopify app via email and chat Troubleshoot code-level issues (Java Script, HTML, CSS) Reproduce bugs and communicate with the development team Educate customers on app features and best practices Maintain internal knowledge base and identify product improvements
What we look for in candidates:Proficient in Java Script, HTML, and CSSExperience in customer support (preferably Saa S or e-commerce) Tech-savvy with strong problem-solving skills Excellent English communication (written + spoken) Shopify experience is a big plus
