e&Cx Company is hiring B2/B2+ English speakers to be a customer service representatives responsible for handling corporate customers inquiries and complaints through Inbound calls.
Job Requirements:Fluent in English is a MUSTUniversity Grades Experience in Customer-Facing roles is a plus
Job Benefits:NET Salary range 19,000 EGP/month (16,000 Basic + 3,000 KPIs) Commissions equivalent to 700 AED! Bonus program (3k) Referral program (2k) Annual salary increase Social and medical insurance Free VPN linecareer path chance for promoted after 6 months
